1. Shipping Time- Estimated delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

2. Free Shipping- Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 500 across India.

3. Order Tracking:- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Shipping Restrictions:- We currently only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns

• You may return your items within 7 days of receiving them.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at wayanadhoneymuseumllp@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We offer free return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send back your items.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
